Return Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have ten days after receiving your item to request a return. Eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at miala0821@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without our approval we will not process your return. You can always contact us for any return questions at miala0821@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong product so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch with us within three days at miala0821@gmail.com. If you send us a photo of the item's condition, it will help us process it smoothly.
Repair
If you find any defects in your jewelry or suncatcher, we will repair it within 30-days.
After 30-days, we will fix them in charge if they are repairable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. After approval, we will process your refund on your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Natural stones may have inclusions from the growth process, scratches, or chips from mining. We hope you will accept these as part of the history and personality of the stone.
返品について
返品は、商品到着後10日以内にお願いします。
返品は、商品が届いたときと同じ状態であること、元のパッケージがあることが条件となります。また、レシートや購入証明書も必要です。
返品をする場合は、最初にe-mail: miala0821@gmail.com までご連絡ください。返品が受理された場合、荷物の送付方法と送付先についてご案内いたします。返品はニューヨークの弊社住所宛に、お送りいただく必要があります。当社の承認を得ずに返送された商品については、返品をお受けできませんのでお気を付けください。返品に関するご質問は、miala0821@gmail.com までご連絡ください。
破損など
万が一、商品に欠陥や破損があった場合、または間違った商品を受け取った場合は、すぐにご連絡ください。商品が届いてから3日以内に miala0821@gmail.com までご連絡ください。商品の状態を写真で送っていただけると、スムーズに処理することができます。
修理
ご購入頂いたジュエリー、サンキャッチャーに不具合がみつかりましたら、30日以内は無料で修理いたします。30日をすぎた商品につきましては、修理可能の物には、有料で修理いたしますのでご相談ください。
もしお受け取り後に気になる点がありましたら、個別に対応させて頂きますので、お気軽にメールにてご連絡ください。
返品不可の商品
カスタム製品（特注品や名入れ品など）を含め、返品ができない商品があります。 特定の商品について、ご質問やご不明な点がある場合はご連絡ください。
また、セール品やギフトカードの返品はお受けできません。
交換
弊社が扱う商品は、天然石、手作りの物という性質上、交換は行なっておりませんので、返品して頂き、新たに購入していただく形になります。
払い戻し
返品を受領し、検品した後、返金が承認されたかどうかをお知らせします。承認後、10営業日以内に元の支払い方法で返金の手続きを行います。銀行またはクレジットカード会社の返金業務に時間がかかる場合がありますが、返品が承認されてから15営業日以上経過した場合は miala0821@gmail.com までご連絡ください。
天然石について
天然石には、成長の過程でのインクルージョン、採掘時の傷や欠け等がみられる場合がありますが、それは石の持つ歴史であり、個性のひとつだと受け入れて頂ければと思います。
